What We Offer:

• Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the world with no fixed schedule. Your productivity and results are what matter most.

• Commission-Based Payment: You will earn 25% commission per project, increasing by 1% every year up to a maximum of 30%. Since our services are premium, this structure offers substantial earning potential.

• In addition, hard-working and long-term members receive an annual loyalty bonus as a form of recognition for their dedication and contribution to the label’s growth.

• Portfolio Enhancement: Working with a professional record label like X Tape Records is a powerful addition to your portfolio, enhancing your credibility in the industry.

• Client-Driven Work: While you'll be expected to bring in your own clients, there may also be cases where artist projects are assigned to you directly. In such cases, meeting deadlines and maintaining prompt communication is essential.

Expectations:

We are extremely selective and expect our producers to meet high standards of professionalism, creativity, and technical skill. The following requirements are non-negotiable:

• Technical Skills & Equipment

• You must own high-end gear, including but not limited to: 

• A powerful PC or laptop capable of handling professional music production.

• High-quality plugins and virtual instruments.

• Professional studio headphones.

• A MIDI controller (or similar essential hardware).

• Professionalism

• Quick response times and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial.

• In cases where you are assigned to collaborate with other team members, you must demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to coordinate projects efficiently over platforms like Zoom.

• Creative Excellence: We expect innovative ideas, high-end production quality, and the ability to craft music that stands out in today’s industry.

• Confidentiality: If accepted, you will be required to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), ensuring that our methods, techniques, and internal processes remain strictly confidential.
